Thermal imaging

With the aid of thermal imaging, Provektor can locate faults in equipment by measuring and interpreting temperature differences without affecting operation at the actual measurement time. This allows us to avoid unplanned stoppages and minimise unnecessary costs.

The method is very cost-effective in itself, and typical situations in which thermal imaging is used are detecting loose contacts or uneven loading because of worn components. Other applications are checks on switchgear, distribution boards, control cabinets, pumps, motors, fans and hydraulics.

Of course we undertake to fix any faults that we find.
