Personal data is collected and processed by Provektor Sweden AB to administer and fulfill our assignments, for example in case of inquiries or when an agreement is made. Personal data may also be used for information and marketing purposes, such as email newsletters.

By becoming/being a customer of Provektor you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. You also agree that Provektor uses email to communicate and send you information. It is important that you read this privacy policy before using any of the company's services. You should not use our services if you do not agree to our privacy policy.

When you are a customer or registered with us, we sometimes need to process personal data belonging to natural persons or companies. Provektor is therefore the controller of personal data and processes it in accordance with this privacy policy. Provektor is committed to protecting your personal data and it is important for the company to ensure that your data is processed securely.

As our customer, we need information about you in order to carry out our commitments. We only process personal data when we have a legal basis for doing so.
We need personal data for:
- management and administration of inquiries, purchases, deliveries, installation and payments.
- guarantees and service commitments.
- direct marketing (by regular mail and e-mail), customer surveys and newsletters, training (competitions).

- Company data: Company/organization, organization number, address details, delivery and invoicing information, email, phone number
- Personal/contact data of the provider: Name, professional role, email, phone/mobile number
- Personal data private customer: Name, address/billing information, phone number, email, social security number.

Additional personal data we may collect:
- Financial information - credit rating
- Historical information - previous purchases and work performed, payment history, guarantees.
- Device information - e.g. IP address, language settings, browser settings, time zone, geographical information, operating system, platform and screen resolution (via statistical tools and newsletter systems) Cookies.

Our starting point is not to disclose personal data to third parties, but in order for Provektor to fulfill its commitments, personal data may need to be disclosed to companies / organizations that Provektor cooperates with, this does not happen without your consent. In some cases, Provektor is required to provide information to Swedish authorities.

We may disclose Personal Data to:
- Our partners, i.e. companies approved by the company (in order to fulfill a commitment). This does not take place without your knowledge and consent.
- The Swedish Tax Agency (for example in the case of Rotavdrag).
- Swedish authorities we are obliged to disclose data to.

The above transfers can only be made to companies within the EU or EEA (i.e. all EU Member States and Iceland, Norway and Lichtenstein). We do not process personal data outside the EU and EEA.

Your personal data is never stored longer than is permitted by applicable law or longer than is necessary to fulfill purposes and requirements, such as guarantees.
We have procedures and working methods to ensure that personal data is handled securely. Only those people within the organization who need the personal data to perform their duties have access to it.

Your personal data is processed by us for the following time periods:

- Customer/contact: Personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, invoicing and delivery) provided to the company in connection with, for example, an inquiry is stored as long as we still have your consent. This does not apply if we need to save your personal data for a longer period of time due to one of the reasons below.

- Contract: Personal data (name, social security number/organization number, address, telephone number, e-mail, billing and delivery) provided to the Company in connection with the order of products or services is stored for as long as necessary for the performance of the contract with you. This includes, among other things, the fulfillment of delivery or warranty obligations.

- Legal obligation: The Company retains all documentation that constitutes accounting information in accordance with applicable accounting legislation.

- Direct marketing: We may process your personal data for direct marketing purposes for as long as ten years after the customer relationship has ended, unless you object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Provektor process your personal data based on your consent, for example subscription to newsletters, you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting as below or directly in the foot of the newsletter. If you do not want to receive marketing from us, you can withdraw your consent by sending by email, (see below).

You have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you. You also have the right to request that your data be corrected or deleted. You can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the company's processing of your personal data is not carried out in accordance with applicable laws. To protect yourself personally, contact us in writing at our headquarters in Skara.

Please note that the terms of the privacy policy may be changed or updated and a new version will be published on the company's website. In case of any significant changes, we will send you an email if you have provided us with your email address.
