Our mission

As a subcontractor to Purac AB, Provektor has the task of performing automation for a contracted anaerobic digestion plant. The digestion plant is the part of the total plant that converts and digests sludge from the purification process and turns it into biogas, which is then used as an energy source for heating and fuel for vehicles. The task includes installation, construction of cabinets, programming and commissioning.

May 2018

Final sprint and homeward bound for most of Provektor's force in Borås. Cleaning, tidying up and labeling.

Cleaning, tidying up and labeling. Bengt and Carl have maintenance work left and will fine-tune automation-related equipment before process start-up.

During week 21, the plant will be started up with trial operation and during the summer months the entire digestion plant will be tested to be put into operation for real just before the turn of the year 2019. There is a lot to get right and Provektor has priority to assist Purac during this start-up period.

It is a cool feeling when everything falls into place and we are now operating the plant gradually. At the turn of the month, the installation will be completed and we begin to turn home.

It will now only be programmers and commissioning staff from Provektor who continue to commission the plant together with Purac. An ongoing activity that continues until January 2019, when the plant is handed over to Borås Energi.

March 2018

The installation continues with long days and we are now beginning to see the end even though there is a lot to be done before we are finished. We have had good help from our colleagues from Dalenbergs El och maskin. We have also reinforced with additional manpower from Provektor now last weeks.

October 2017

We now have 6 employees on site at Sobacken. The switchgear is assembled and in place. Now the electrical connection of the switchgear remains. The canalization is starting to get in place and cabling is in full swing.

Our design department, which has had a huge job, is now approaching the final stage of construction documentation and will soon start work on the final documentation.

At the same time in our workshop

In our workshop in Skara, work is in full swing to build all the cabinets, junction boxes and control panels. The cabinets are built within a limited time frame, which places great demands on logistics. Cabinets are delivered monthly to Sobacken. Great activity in the workshop now in November with the completion of the frequency converter stands.
