Customer visits in Singapore and Dubai

Kenneth Johansson and Andreas Werner have visited a couple of our most remote customers - Envac Singapore and Envac Middle East. Provector's client Envac is a leader in automatic waste management systems in residential areas and airport kitchens. Provektor Provector assists with electrical design, programming and cabinet construction for Envac. Everything is done from our head office and workshop in Skara. Finished cabinets are shipped or flown and installed on site.

The purpose of the trip was to review completed work and deliveries. And, of course, to make new and maintain old contacts.

In Singapore, Kenneth and Andreas visited several different plants to get input and see how the systems work in everyday life. Together with the customer, they want to find improvements that can be made and streamline the process. In Singapore, there is a government decision that new construction of residential areas must have waste collection facilities.

Envac Middle East in Dubai and Provektor have been working together since 2006. They visited the gigantic Dubai International airport where Provektor has delivered several stages to Emirates Flight Catering. This is one of the world's largest flight kitchens. The first delivery from Provektor to Emirates Flight Catering took place in spring 2004. Now Kenneth and Andreas were able to meet up with the most recently delivered plant with control cabinets, PLC and SCADA programming.

Visiting these customers is essential in order to further develop the process and products. Discussing eye-to-eye and seeing the conditions and the process as a whole means that ideas are created and collaborations are strengthened.
