The Parasollen 1 neighborhood, Trädgårdstaden, Skövde is starting to take shape! There will be a total of 45 apartments. It is a partnering contract so we have been involved from the start and done everything from design to internal and external electrical installation, property automation, fiber network, door automation, preparations for electric car chargers and mounting solar panels on the roofs.

Now Adam and Viktor are on site doing Aptus with laundry room booking and property control respectively. Rikard and others are completing the last of the houses that will be ready for occupancy at the end of August.
