In central Arlöv, the Rusthållaregården preschool is taking shape. Arlöv is a growing municipality and the preschool will have space for 80 children. The property is being built on a plot of land with existing fine green spaces that will be retained to the greatest extent possible.
The building is constructed on one and a half floors with a gable roof and white brick. Three complementary buildings are being built for the preschool. The environmental house and outdoor storage are constructed with recycled Mexican brick and recycled doors.

On site in Arlöv has Provektor Rickard Ziegler and Joel Jönsson. They assemble fixtures, connect control panels and install data. Previously, solar cells have been installed.
Construction started in September 2024 and the opening is expected in January 2026. NBI Bygg is the contractor and Provektor proud subcontractor.
