The Saturnus block is one of Skövdebostäder's most beautiful blocks. It consists of a modern part with terrace apartments and an older renovated part with apartments from the early 1900s. Both with a lot of character and charm. There are a total of 86 apartments with several different common rooms.

Mission

Installation of booking and access control systems.

Solution

Provektor installed shell protection with a key fob in all 10 staircases. To simplify the booking of communal rooms and the sauna, a booking board was installed in a centrally located house in the middle of the yard. The quartermaster at Skövdebostäder now handles all management of key tags himself, for example when changing apartments and other changes.
