Norrqvarn – a fresh start with an eye on the future

Right by the Göta Canal is Norrqvarn Hotell & Resor. A fantastic place and environment where a major new investment is now being made. AB Göta kanalbolag now owns and invests together with a new entrepreneur*.

Provektor , with Urban at the forefront, has the honor of being part of this renovation, refresh and investment. Among other things, electricity and charging stations will be installed in 10 new, nice parking spaces, and the existing 10 parking spaces will also receive electricity and charging stations.

Lighting has been replaced in areas such as the kitchen, bar and staircases. In the conference, the "old" fixtures have been upgraded to LED lighting in a smart and smooth way. Emergency exits and emergency lighting have been updated throughout the hotel and conference property.  

The two Glamping tents, located right on the edge of the canal, will become five and will be equipped with electricity. So even more comfortable 😉.

A "reopening" of Norrqvarn will take place in May and then the renovation will continue in the fall of 2025 and spring of 2026. We are committed to contributing and keeping up with the journey towards the future Norrqvarn.
