Centrumbostäder i Skara Ab has installed solar energy in one of the properties in the Abboten residential area. They are starting with this property to see how it works and what it generates. The building has 18 apartments, 21 student rooms and 6 garages.

Here we have merged 2 property subscriptions into one large one that we connected the ferroamp to. This allows us to go down in the main fuse with the help of phase compensation. This is made possible thanks to the fact that Ferroamp can distribute the power to the phase that needs it most even without solar production, which results in us getting an even load from the grid despite a skewed load in the house.

Examples of consumers on the property subscription are 2 laundry rooms with drying rooms, ventilation units, exhaust air heat pumps and general lighting.

With Ferroamp, we / the customer can make various analyzes based on the property's electricity consumption, we can, among other things, see how the load per phase is located and whether there is a possibility of balancing these via phase balancing so that we can secure the subscription one or a few sizes. We can also get an analysis of what a possible battery could do for the system, e.g. the size of the battery and how much this could reduce the power peaks, in order to further reduce the size of the subscription.
