Skövde's largest housing association invests in passage and booking systems!
HSB's BRF Vallsängen is a nice and well-planned residential area in Hentorp just outside Skövde. 18 houses with a total of 346 apartments now have access and booking systems. This is Provector's largest assignment in "passage & security" so far. An order value of just over 3 million.
Smooth and convenient
The decision to purchase access control systems was fairly easy for the board of BRF Vallsängen. Lost keys are a thing of the past and the security of smooth passages for the residents is a big plus. Through the digital boards in the stairwells, information will reach the residents much more easily and smoothly.
Now all 45 stairwells in Vallsängen are equipped with access control systems including an entry phone and information boards with stairwell list and laundry room booking. The basement doors in the properties will also have access control systems.
Right now there are between 4 - 6 electricians on site in Vallsängen. David Landén, project manager, ensures that everything runs smoothly, here together with Jesper Arnerfors and Tobias Jarnemyr. We should be finished during the summer of 2024.
Kick-off meeting with users
In the project, we have worked together with Lena Flink, manager at HSB, and Vallsängens board. A basic plan was developed based on the conditions we received and then we invited to a meeting. A meeting where everyone could ask questions, make suggestions and see opportunities. We know that conditions and needs can change quickly and we want this to be included in the calculations from the start.
Modern technology with possibilities
The basic idea was developed. We upgraded our proposal together with Lena Flink and the Board. The result was a really good solution that is now in full swing to be launched. Vallsängen has a wide range of facilities. For example, there is a gym with relaxation areas, a garage for cars and bicycles, a car wash, a tennis court, a community room, barbecue areas and a boules court. It is good to keep in mind that changes may occur.
Now there is every opportunity to build on and expand the security system at BRF Vallsängen in the future.
