As of September 1, Erik Andersson will take over as CEO of Provektor after Elisabeth Nordberg, who is moving on to new challenges.
Erik is an electrician and has in recent years been head of our Automation business area. Prior to that, he has been head of development at Absolent. He did not hesitate when he was asked to step up to the CEO chair.
- I feel really excited to step up and lead such a long-established company, with such broad and deep expertise, towards new successes. Of course, I will build on much of what my predecessor has done with his market-oriented approach, but I also have my own ideas about how we can grow and develop in the future. Much will be about creating an even flatter organization with clearer responsibilities within the business areas and an even stronger Provektor spirit.
I feel confident about the task, not least thanks to the strong support from the parent company Soltech, with a close exchange of experience between the subsidiary managers and a large degree of freedom under responsibility," says Erik.
Erik, a natural choice
- We see the choice of Erik as a natural leader of Provektor. With knowledge and expertise in both electrical engineering and leadership combined with drive and forward thinking and close cooperation with both his management team, board and sister companies, we see that this will provide a good balance for Provektor in the future. We are particularly pleased that this is also an internal recruitment, which we strive for throughout the Soltech Group.
Patrik Hahne
CEO, Soltech Energy Sweden AB (publ.)
- I am happy and pleased that Erik is taking over the CEO role at Provektor. He has great knowledge, is "hungry" and knows Provektor. My time in the post has been incredibly fun and exciting but also a great challenge. Provektor is a fantastic company and all the people there are close to my heart. It will be exciting to follow Provektor with Erik at the forefront.
